House and surrounding area

The little house is situated in the picturesque village of Broce, in a bay near the salt mines of Ston. It is 300 years old and newly renovated. Broce is the ideal location for enjoying a relaxing holiday at the seaside since it has remained mostly undiscovered by tourists. The Peljesac peninsula and its surroundings offer a lot to discover: The beaches in the north of the island, the island of Korčula, the island of Mljet and the Neretva Delta. Easy excursions to Mostar and Dubrovnik are possible. We recommend you hire a car or take your own car.
About Pelješac
The area is well- known for the salt mines of Ston and its shell ranching. The water is clear and clean. In the interior regions of the peninsula there are many vineyards. The most popular wines of Peljesac are Dingac, Pošip and Plavac. Many winegrowers open their doors to the public. On Peljesac the tradition of wine and olive oil production is hundreds of years old. The peninsula has remained pristine. Little villages and fields, in which vegetables are grown, extend along the coastline and the road.
