Totally renovated recently, the holiday home is very spacious, with four large bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large upstairs kitchen and smaller downstairs kitchen, two lounges and terraces upstairs and at ground level that offer great views and the chance to catch some sun. The perfect luxury home for your holiday.
The house is laid out so that two or three couples or families sharing the house could each have privacy.
The upstairs area has a kitchen and lounge with a double room, a twin room and a large family-sized bathroom with bath and shower.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, and a large living area. Whilst it is one house with internal stairs, because there are outside steps as well you can access separately the upstairs part of the house. One of the 2 downstairs bedrooms is ensuite and has its own outside entrance.
We take online bookings for periods of 1 week for this house, from Saturday to Saturday. We will consider requests for shorter periods outside of the July-August holiday period. House Stari Grad, is perfectly located in the historic town of Stari Grad on the beautiful island of Hvar in Croatia. There are plenty of opportunities to explore or relax. The house is quiet and private. There is a garden to the side of the house, and an orchard to the front to enjoy and relax in. The house offers plenty of different places for you to have a barbecue and for kids to play.
