A holiday house description
From the yard you can enter the ground floor of the house where there is a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. From the small lobby you can enter the living room. Between the living room and the kitchen there is a dining table with chairs. The kitchen offers all the necessary equipment, a big refrigerator, a dishwasher and a stove. It's important to mention that the kitchen is very well equipped and clean although it's much older and visually detached from the rest of the house. there are also two older bathrooms in the house but they are in good shape. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.
Two bedrooms have a king size bed. The third room is single. In the room with a single bed there is a possibility of unfolding one mattress that can hold one more person.

House and surrounding area
Casa Cavtat is only 100 meters away from the boardwalk and the sea. It is located in the historical part of Cavtat and it has a private yard. Tall walls which surround the yard insure a complete privacy. Coffee bars and restaurants are only a few steps from the house. The beaches and the post are alsy close by. From the port, you can take a trip by boat to Dubrovnik. The sail lasts about 40 minutes and the boat accosts directly in the old Dubrovnik port. Trips to nearby islands, mountain villages and famous restaurants on Konavle are also highly recommended.
The house is very tastefully and professionally decorated. The restored antique furniture is combined with new lamps and art paintings and make the house a very pleasant place to stay. The living room and bathrooms are bright and sunny. The owners of the house are interested to answer all their guests' questions and are glad to give advice that will make your vacation more interesting and pleasant. If you come here by car, there is a possibility to park it on a secure parking space near the Old town.
Cavtat
Cavtat is a sleepy small town which is characterized by the typical dalmatian arhitecture. Houses in the Old town are made of stone. Narrow alleys and stairways lead down the hill and to the Old town. Cavtat is hidden in a place which is right between two small wooded peninsulas in the small bay of Zupski. It is also a popular destination for sailors and larger yachts. While walking along the Cavtat promenade you can admire the view.
Cavtat is located approximately 20 kilometers south of Dubrovnik with the airport Ćilipi just 6 kilometers away. You can clearly see the air traffic if you stay near the Cavtat airport in certain months.
Cavtat has become a popular destination not just for its mixture of the old and new arhitecture but for its clean sea, mild mediterranean climate and vegetation.
