Apartment description
The apartment is situated on the first floor of the house. It has got three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom have two separated beds. Each bedroom faces the sea. The kitchen is small and has got a big window facing the rockery garden. The apartment has got two bathrooms with a shower and a toilet.
If you expect luxury, this is not the place to go. In the Molunat house you will spend a relaxing holiday in a nice and cosy atmosphere.
House and surrounding area
The house in Molunat has got one of the longest traditions in the region. The Desin family welcomed the first tourists in the 1950s. The house has got a private bathing place which is separated from the garden by a small road. Around the house there are several patios and seats where you can have breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine to end the day in the evenings. Lovers of sandy beaches will be able to reach the local beach within a few minutes on foot. The village of Molunat is small and sleepy; the sea is crystal clear. You can go on trips to the mountain villages in the surrounding area, or you can explore the nearby cities of Dubrovnik (40km distant) and Montenegro, the latter of which is only a few kilometers away. It is a perfect place for families and for a relaxing holiday on the beach.
