House description
It is a two-storey house. Downstairs there is the living room, the kitchen and the dining area. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom. On the roof terrace overlooking the sea you can enjoy the sun, the piece and quiet, or relax in the shade. There is a whirlpool on the roof terrace.
House and surrounding area
The house is located in a very quiet village. Below the house there are terraced gardens. There the hospitable landlord grows a great variety of fruit and vegetables which you can buy cheaply. You can also get home-grown wine, Grappa, cheese and ham. The landlord, a well-known Croatian musician, has decorated and furnished the house with an affinity for beautiful things. Over the years he has enriched the house by many antiques and paintings. Radovćići House has won several prizes for its furnishing and was depicted in the prestigious "Elle Decoration" magazine.
Location
A quiet village road leads to Radovćići House. The village is the perfect starting point for many trips, e.g. to the seaside (15 km), to Montenegro (10 km) or to Dubrovnik (20 km). Near the house (3 km away) there is a riding stable. We would recommend you rent a car at Dubrovnik Airport in order to thoroughly explore the varied surroundings.
