House description
Sonata has two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower and a toilet, one living room and a small kitchen. The house is spread over three floors and offers space for up to five people.
The small kitchen is on the ground floor at the entrance. It is not equipped for large cooking but has everything you need if you want to prepare breakfast and simple meals. There is a small table with two chairs in this room.
A living room with two armchairs and a comfortable sofa bed is on the first floor. The bathroom is also located on the first floor.
You can reach a small roof terrace from the living room. It is an ideal place for breakfast or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening during summer nights of this medieval city.
There are two very bright and clean bedrooms with double beds on the second floor Both rooms have ceiling fans.
House and surrounding area
Sonata is a tastefully decorated home in the historic Old town of Dubrovnik. The house is fully restored, with the mediterranean accent felt in bright colors and fine materials.
Only 100 meters from the house is Buza 2, known as an outlet to the rocks under the city walls and at the same time a cafe which is opened late in the evening. In the evening you can enjoy the unique atmosphere of the historic city walls overlooking the sea.
Buza 1 is also an outlet to the sea and is located 300 meters from the house. If you decide to go for a swim during the day you can do that and in the evening if you're lucky you can experience a spontaneous concert of classical or popular music, sometimes of famous musicians.
Banje beach is only 10 to 15- minute- walk from the house Sonata.
Stradun, the main city street and all the shops are just 5 minutes walk from the house.
You can get fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables at Gundulić plaza, which is also only 5 minutes walk from the house.
You will have to cross over 30 to 40 stairs that stretch in small streets through the entire city in order to go from the main street to the house Sonata. The way home is not difficult to cross.
