Old Town is a beautifully furnished duplex apartment that stretches over 140 square meters. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a big living room with a kitchen and a dining area. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people (2 extra beds on request). There are two bedrooms with double beds on the first floor. Each room has its own bathroom, one bathroom with shower and one bathroom with bathtub. On the second floor is the living room combined with a dining room and an open, well-equipped kitchen. On the second floor there is also a third room with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. Living room/kitchen with dining area has a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, DVD, DVD library, an electric kettle, satellite TV, wireless Internet, a hairdryer and a cot.

The apartment is located in the historical town centre in Old Town of Dubrovnik and is successfully decorated. It's an ideal place for travelers who wish to explore the town and the surrounding area. The street where this apartment is located is very busy and noisy. Bars and restaurants are opened very late into the night, people meet here with friends for lunch or they have a good time visiting the night clubs. If you want to discover this beautiful part of Dubrovnik, in the authentic atmosphere of this old town apartment, decorated with the combination of antique and modern furniture, then this is the apartment for you. But if you seek rest and peace, and you want to go to bed early, maybe this isn't the apartment you are looking for. The owners had double screen windows installed which greatly suppresses the noise from the outside, but not quite. Banje, the town beach, is only ten minute walk from the apartment. All the sights and shops are just a few steps away.
